           1、威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)VICKERS電(dian)磁(ci)閥DG4V型接線頭(tou)松(song)動(dong)或線頭(tou)脫(tuo)落,威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)VICKERS電(dian)磁(ci)閥DG4V型不(bu)得電,可緊固(gu)線(xian)頭(tou)。

           2、威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)VICKERS電(dian)磁(ci)閥DG4V型線圈燒(shao)壞(huai),可拆(chai)下(xia)威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)VICKERS電(dian)磁(ci)閥DG4V型的接(jie)線,用(yong)萬用表(biao)測量(liang),如(ru)果(guo)開(kai)路(lu),則(ze)威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)VICKERS電(dian)磁(ci)閥DG4V型線圈燒(shao)壞(huai)。原因(yin)有(you)線圈受(shou)潮,引起(qi)絕緣不(bu)好(hao)而(er)漏(lou)磁(ci),造(zao)成線圈內電(dian)流(liu)過大而燒(shao)毀(hui),因(yin)此要(yao)防止雨水進入威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)VICKERS電(dian)磁(ci)閥DG4V型。此外,彈簧過硬,反作(zuo)用力過大,線圈匝(za)數(shu)太少(shao),吸力不(bu)夠(gou)也(ye)可使(shi)得線圈燒(shao)毀(hui)。緊急(ji)處(chu)理時(shi),可(ke)將(jiang)線(xian)圈上的手(shou)動按鈕(niu)由(you)正常(chang)工作(zuo)時(shi)的“0"位(wei)打到(dao)“1"位(wei),使(shi)得閥打開(kai)。

          DG4V型VICKERS威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥接線標準(zhun)

          1、將(jiang)固(gu)定控(kong)制板的三(san)個(ge)螺(luo)釘(ding)改(gai)為(wei)M4x 35六棱絲柱(zhu),將(jiang)電(dian)磁(ci)閥控(kong)制板固(gu)定在六棱絲柱(zhu)上(shang),兩板(ban)之(zhi)間(jian)加(jia)墊(dian)絕緣紙。

          2、電磁(ci)閥控(kong)制板公共進線(xian)從(cong)下(xia)面(mian)電(dian)機(ji)控(kong)制板上(shang)進(jin)線端B點取出(chu)(B點(dian)接(jie)線較(jiao)少(shao)),主(zhu)閥輸出(chu)線(xian)與(yu)副(fu)閥輸出(chu)線(xian)由(you)各自(zi)對(dui)應的端子取出(chu)後(hou)進(jin)入防(fang)爆(bao)接(jie)線(xian)盒(he)(此時(shi)應將(jiang)接(jie)線(xian)盒(he)與(yu)電(dian)源盒(he)間(jian)的連線(xian)由(you)原來的四(si)芯(xin)改(gai)為(wei)五(wu)芯(xin))。與防(fang)爆(bao)接(jie)線(xian)盒(he)中(zhong)的壹根零(ling)線匯(hui)合(he),三(san)根線再(zai)壹同(tong)進入電(dian)磁(ci)閥。

          3、電磁(ci)閥的副(fu)閥控(kong)制線(EM2)接(jie)接(jie)線板(ban)上TO端子(或接電機控(kong)制板上(shang)的MT接(jie)線端)。主閥控(kong)制線(EMl)接(jie)接(jie)線板(ban)上OA端子(此時(shi)應將(jiang)電(dian)源(yuan)盒(he)至(zhi)接(jie)線板(ban)間(jian)的十(shi)5V組、十(shi)12V組、十(shi)MT組的其(qi)中(zhong)壹組線(xian)由(you)原兩(liang)芯(xin)改(gai)為(wei)三(san)芯(xin)線),主(zhu)副(fu)閥控(kong)制線兩(liang)“—"端,接在電機控(kong)制板十(shi)MT組的。—"端。

          4、電磁(ci)閥的主(zhu)、副(fu)閥判(pan)斷(電磁(ci)閥引出(chu)三(san)根線中(zhong),壹般(ban)情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia)雙(shuang)色線為(wei)副(fu)閥線,棕色線為(wei)主閥線,蘭(lan)色線為(wei)零(ling)線):

          (1)、調線(xian)法(fa):由(you)於電磁(ci)閥為(wei)雙線(xian)圈,引出(chu)線(xian)為(wei)三(san)芯(xin),如(ru)是(shi)四(si)芯(xin),則其(qi)中(zhong)壹根接閥外殼(ke),為(wei)接地(di)線(xian)。(用萬用表(biao)電阻(zu)檔可(ke)測出(chu))其(qi)內(nei)部接線(xian)。用(yong)萬用表(biao)歐姆(mu)檔(x100)找(zhao)出(chu)①端接零(ling)線,(主副(fu)閥線圈阻(zu)值(zhi)相同(tong))②、⑦則分(fen)別接(jie)電磁(ci)閥控(kong)制板主(zhu)、副(fu)閥輸出(chu)線(xian)。預(yu)置油(you)量(liang)開(kai)機測試(shi),如(ru)關機(ji)前有小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang)則接線正確(que),如(ru)無(wu)小(xiao)流(liu)量(liang),調換②、③線即可(ke)。

          (2)、通電(dian)法:安裝電磁(ci)閥前首(shou)先(xian)用(yong)萬用表(biao)歐姆(mu)檔(x100)找(zhao)出(chu)①端接零(ling)線。另(ling)外(wai)②、③兩(liang)根則為(wei)主、副(fu)閥線,因(yin)電(dian)磁(ci)閥為(wei)220V交(jiao)流(liu)供電(dian),故(gu)將(jiang)①②或①③兩根線接(jie)入220V電(dian)源(yuan)。

          3、通電(dian)法判(pan)斷主副(fu)閥線圈

          從(cong)電(dian)磁(ci)閥進油口吹氣,通(tong)則(ze)為(wei)主閥,與①對(dui)應的引(yin)線為(wei)主閥線,接電磁(ci)閥控(kong)制板主(zhu)閥出(chu)線(xian);不(bu)通(tong)或微通則為(wei)副(fu)閥,與①對(dui)應的引(yin)線為(wei)副(fu)閥線,接電磁(ci)閥控(kong)板副(fu)閥出(chu)線(xian)即可(ke)。DG4V型VICKERS威(wei)格(ge)士(shi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥接線結構(gou)圖(tu)片(pian)如(ru)下:
