德(de)國(guo)E+H壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi)使用(yong)註(zhu)意事(shi)項德(de)國(guo)E+H壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi)是(shi)否(fou)需要放(fang)大(da)器(qi),放(fang)大(da)器(qi)的位置(zhi)等。對於許多變送(song)器(qi)和控(kong)制(zhi)器間距(ju)離較(jiao)短(duan)的OEM設(she)備,采用mA輸出(chu)的變送(song)器(qi)較(jiao)為(wei)經濟而有(you)效的解(jie)決方法(fa),如果(guo)需要將(jiang)輸出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)放(fang)大(da),采(cai)用具(ju)有(you)內(nei)置(zhi)放(fang)大(da)的變送(song)器(qi)。對於(yu)遠(yuan)距(ju)離傳輸出(chu)或(huo)存在(zai)較(jiao)強(qiang)的電(dian)子幹擾(rao)信(xin)號(hao),采用(yong)mA輸出(chu)或(huo)頻(pin)率(lv)輸出(chu)。如果(guo)在(zai)RFI或(huo)EMI指(zhi)標(biao)很高的環境中,除了要註(zhu)意(yi)到要選(xuan)擇(ze)mA或(huo)頻(pin)率(lv)輸出(chu)外(wai),還要考(kao)慮(lv)到特(te)殊的保(bao)護或(huo)過(guo)濾(lv)器(qi)。(目(mu)前由(you)於(yu)各種采集的需要,現在(zai)市場(chang)上壓(ya)力(li)變送(song)器(qi)的輸出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)有(you)很多種,主要有(you)4...20mA,0...20mA,0...10V,0...5V等等,但是(shi)比(bi)較(jiao)常(chang)用的是(shi)4...20mA和(he)0...10V兩(liang)種,在(zai)我(wo)上面(mian)舉(ju)的這些輸出(chu)信(xin)號(hao)中,只有(you)4...20mA為兩(liang)線(xian)制(zhi),我們所說(shuo)的輸出(chu)為(wei)幾線(xian)制(zhi)不包(bao)含(han)接地或(huo)屏(ping)蔽(bi)線(xian),其他的均為三線(xian)制(zhi))。

1、防止變(bian)送(song)器(qi)與腐蝕性(xing)或(huo)過(guo)熱的介(jie)質接觸;
2、防止渣(zha)滓在(zai)導管內(nei)沈(chen)積;
3、測(ce)量液(ye)體(ti)壓(ya)力時(shi),取(qu)壓(ya)口(kou)應(ying)開(kai)在(zai)流(liu)程(cheng)管道側(ce)面(mian),以(yi)避免(mian)沈(chen)澱積(ji)渣;4、測(ce)量氣(qi)體(ti)壓(ya)力時(shi),取(qu)壓(ya)口(kou)應(ying)開(kai)在(zai)流(liu)程(cheng)管道頂(ding)端(duan),並(bing)且(qie)變(bian)送(song)器(qi)也應(ying)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)流(liu)程(cheng)管道上部(bu),以(yi)便積累(lei)的液體容(rong)易註(zhu)入流(liu)程(cheng)管道中;5、導壓管應(ying)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)溫(wen)度(du)波動(dong)小(xiao)的地方;
6、測(ce)量蒸(zheng)汽或(huo)其它高(gao)溫(wen)介(jie)質時(shi),需接加(jia)緩(huan)沖管(盤(pan)管)等冷(leng)凝器,不應(ying)使變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的工(gong)作溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過(guo)極限(xian);7、冬季發(fa)生冰(bing)凍(dong)時(shi),安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)室(shi)外(wai)的變送(song)器(qi)必(bi)需采取(qu)防(fang)凍(dong)措(cuo)施,避(bi)免(mian)引壓(ya)口(kou)內(nei)的液體因結冰(bing)體(ti)積膨(peng)脹,導至傳感(gan)器損壞;8、測(ce)量液(ye)體(ti)壓(ya)力時(shi),變(bian)送(song)器(qi)的安裝(zhuang)位(wei)置(zhi)應(ying)避免(mian)液(ye)體(ti)的沖擊(水錘現象(xiang)),以(yi)免傳感(gan)器過(guo)壓損(sun)壞(huai);9、接線(xian)時(shi),將(jiang)電(dian)纜穿(chuan)過(guo)防水(shui)接頭(tou)(附件)或(huo)繞性(xing)管並(bing)擰(ning)緊密封螺帽(mao),以(yi)防雨水等通(tong)過(guo)電(dian)纜滲漏(lou)進(jin)變送(song)器(qi)殼(ke)體內(nei)。
